A clear starting point: where does the organisation stand on inclusion today?

How inclusive is your organisation really? What you do not measure is hard to improve.
Organisations that want to transform often lack crucial information. With our scans and studies we bring together objective data and the experiences of employees. This creates a complete picture of where the organisation stands and where the greatest opportunities lie.
Diversity is about who comes in. Inclusion is about who stays, who speaks up and who feels seen. We make that difference measurable.
A clear starting point: where does the organisation stand on inclusion today?
Differences between teams and groups made visible and discussable.
Reliable figures instead of gut feeling as the basis for policy.
A practical agenda, from measurement to a noticeable difference.
Our scan gives organisations insight into the current state of affairs.
We combine objective data with the experiences of employees and set out opportunities, risks and areas for improvement clearly.
The scan forms the foundation for an effective and measurable strategy.

Inclusion research measures, among other things:
This makes visible how employees actually experience the organisation.
An inclusive organisation does not begin with the job advert and does not end at the appraisal.
We look at the full employee journey:
For each stage we examine where unintended barriers or biases can arise and which improvements have the greatest impact.
Employees tell us whether they feel treated fairly and with respect, and whether they feel they belong, regardless of their gender, age, sexual orientation or background. By inclusion we mean that in an organisation it is self-evident that everyone, regardless of differences, belongs and that no one is left out. We get the answers to that very simply: by asking employees. It can be that straightforward.
You measure inclusion by asking employees themselves: do they feel treated fairly, and do they belong, regardless of their background? Inclusion research translates those answers into robust figures per group and HR domain, as an objective baseline.
Among other things experienced inclusion, psychological safety, equal opportunity, social safety, leadership and engagement. This makes visible how employees actually experience the organisation.
The scan is designed so that employees can answer freely. We report at group level, so insights become discussable without answers being traceable to individuals.
The employee journey is the full route an employee travels: from employer branding, recruitment, selection and onboarding through to appraisal, development, promotion, reward and exit. For each stage we examine where unintended barriers or biases can arise.
