What is peer consultation?
Peer consultation (intervisie) is a structured dialogue in a small, trusted group of professionals about current dilemmas from their own practice. By sharing experiences and perspectives, you see your own actions through different eyes.
The further you get in your career, the smaller the group of people you can speak with truly freely. About leadership, ambition, difficult choices, collaboration, influence or the next step in your career.
That is exactly when a trusted inner circle is valuable: a small group of professionals who bring different experiences and perspectives, challenge each other and help each other forward.
Research shows that such a strong network (not least for women) can play an important role in reaching senior leadership positions.
